We will all experience difficulties in life when it can seem hard to know what to do next - this is normal. But it can leave us feeling stressed, unhappy or frustrated, to name but a few emotions. When these feelings make it harder to enjoy life or cope, or if we don’t know who else to talk to, having a regular space to talk confidentially without judgement can help.

Through counselling, we can learn to understand more about these feelings, step away from the self criticism and overwhelm, and step into more satisfying lives.

For those in London, I work face to face in Tooting and Balham. For those further afield, I work online or by telephone. I offer sessions throughout the week, and my practice is conveniently located within easy reach of Clapham, Wimbledon and Earlsfield. I also offer sessions in German.
